I am now based in Tunbridge Wells but am happy to travel within a 5 mile radius.

Individual fitness & nutrition sessions can be booked, although in my experience, best results are achieved with a longer term commitment.

 All block bookings will include a complimentary Health & Fitness Assessment, 1:1 Training, ongoing diet analysis and support if required; ongoing body composition and fitness testing plus unlimited email and phone support.

 I also offer small group personal training sessions. Please contact me for more information & a quotation.
